Introduction

Welcome to Zion Residence. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, you accept these terms in full. Do not continue to use Zion Residence’s website if you do not agree to all the terms stated here.

Booking and Reservations

  • The lead guest must be at least 16 years of age to place a booking.
  • The maximum number of guests per room is stated in the room occupancy details.
  • If the person making the booking differs from the lead guest, they may be held responsible for cancellations, non-arrivals, and damages.
  • Only the lead guest and the named booking party may use the property and its facilities. Third-party visitors require express permission.
  • A deposit is required to secure any booking, which must be cleared funds before confirmation.
  • Deposits are only refundable under the conditions stated herein.

Payments

  • Payments can be made online, over the phone via debit/credit card, or through bank transfer, cheque, or cash deposit.
  • Any charges incurred due to dishonored cheques or failed payments must be reimbursed by the lead guest within 7 days.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests must respect the privacy and peace of others at all times.
  • Zion Residence reserves the right to cancel bookings immediately if guests cause disturbances.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: Between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request at an additional charge.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 15 days or more before arrival: Full deposit refund.
  • 14 days or less before arrival: 50% deposit refund.
  • 48 hours or less before arrival: No refund, full booking amount due.
  • Non-arrival guests forfeit their deposit and the full booking amount is due.
  • Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance for unexpected cancellations.

WiFi Fair & Appropriate Usage

  • Guests agree to use WiFi fairly and appropriately.
  • Heavy streaming, gaming, or illegal activities are prohibited and may be reported to local authorities.

Damages & Lost Property

  • Guests are responsible for damages, breakages, and lost keys.
  • Accidental damages should be reported promptly.
  • Lost items will be held for 1 month; Zion Residence is not responsible for replacing lost property.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is only allowed in designated areas in compliance with the Health Act 2006.

Pets & Service Animals

  • No pets are allowed except for service dogs.

Parking

  • Guests park at their own risk when using on-site parking.

Limitation of Liability

  • Zion Residence is not liable for personal injury, lost/stolen items, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions).

Privacy Policy

  • Guest information is collected solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Changes to Terms

  • Zion Residence reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
